Unlock and release the hand truck from the HTS unit by pushing on the HTS-10T remote interior dash switch. Push down on both tilt latches at the same time to release and pivot the unit forward. You can install the HTS Ultra-Rack dash release switch inside or under the dash area of most commercial vehicles. No cutting or splicing required, the power supply plugs directly into the fuse box.
